Shipping Time: We typically process and ship orders within 48 hours. Keep in mind that personalized items require extra time. If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized products, we'll split the shipment so you receive the non-personalized items first.

Shipping Charges: Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders over Rs. 449. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders or returns.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS. If you ordered a combination of items, including personalized or gold jewelry, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
